Uphold Toussaint Move To End Foe’s Release Time

The neutral monitor in the Transport Workers Union Local 100 election Oct. 29 dismissed a protest from TA Surface Chair J.P. Patafio claiming that departing union President Roger Toussaint revoked his union release time because he was running for division vice president on an independent slate.
