Court Scolds Brother Judges, Removes One For Mortgage Dodge

The Court of Appeals has ruled that a sitting Supreme Court Justice should be removed from office for fraud and giving false testimony, but for his brother, a Civil Court Judge, the panel rejected removal from office.
