Charge Detective With Manslaughter DWI In Death of Bronx Woman

An off-duty Detective Oct. 30 was charged with driving while intoxicated, vehicular manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide after he ran over and killed a woman that morning in the Kingsbridge section of The Bronx.
