ALWAYS ON DUTY: Emergency Medical Service Lieut. Patrick Walker was honored by the Fire Department after saving a disoriented woman Aug. 22 who fell onto the tracks at the Jay St./Borough Hall station on the A line. He was off-duty and was aided by another subway rider. 'The civilian, he just disappeared. Sort of like the stranger in the night.'
