Don't Settle 'Jogger' Suits
      To The Editor: I wonder if a deal has already been made with the city to pay off the original Central Park Jogger case defendants, whose convictions have all been vacated. They were vacated after DA Robert Morgenthau decided to take the word of convicted rapist/murderer Matias Reyes that he acted alone in the rape/beating of the female jogger.
