Now that the economy has crashed, it isn't the bankers who are paying; it is the workers and the poor who are paying with our tax money to bail out the bankers who caused the crash. More ... To The Editor: In response to the Feb. 20 article on how Mayor Bloomberg warns unions to pay for health care or layoffs will come, I urge all unions and city workers not to even consider any givebacks whatsoever. We all understand and feel the hard economic times that this recession has caused. More ... To The Editor: It's amazing to me that except for a single New York Post article titled ''Buy- Bye Offers Eyed for City Workers" there has been no official mention of such a plan by unions, city/state officials or any other official representatives.
