Correction

An article last week stated that Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Bruce Balter overturned an arbitrator's decision in 2007 concerning a disciplinary action against a New York City Transit Conductor. Justice Balter called subsequently to inform us that the New York Law Journal, from which this newspaper learned of the case, incorrectly stated that it was he who overturned the decision, when in fact the ruling was made by his colleague, Justice Arthur Schack.
