When Mayors Hose Mgrs.
To The Editor: I think it was back in 1991 when David Dinkins temporarily cut many city managers' pay by 5 percent. I was a manager at that time and I didn't like it one bit, but I thought we all have to do our part. Then I saw that workers under collective bargaining agreements were still getting pay raises.
