THE GLORY COMES HOME: Emergency Medical Technicians Gil Ramos (left), Ruben Berrios and Joe Fortis emerged victorious March 15 at the Connecticut Regional EMS Competition, where teams from around the region competed in response drills. The winners got a $750 check, which they will donate to injured EMT Christopher Pierce.
