Bureau of Nonenforcement The State Inspector General has found that Louis Crisafi, an investigator in the state Health Department's Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement, ran roughshod over proper agency procedures because of inadequate supervision. The IG also questioned how he got the job, noting that he lied about his background and couldn't even verify that he had received a general equivalency diploma. If Mr. Crisafi is the only person the Health Department gets rid of, it hasn't really solved the problem. |
