Mayor Bloomberg accepts the Richard A. Cook Gold Medal from the 100 Year Association during its annual dinner Nov. 19 at Capitale on the Lower East Side. He is the fifth Mayor, after Fiorello La Guardia, William O'Dwyer, Robert F. Wagner and Rudy Giuliani, to receive the honor from the group, which consists of city businesses that have been in operation for at least a century.
