Democrats of a Feather

To the Editor:

Add "Ex-CO May Return to Jail Allege Influence-Peddling Got Seminerio $500G" (Sept. 19 issue) to the growing list of corrupt Democratic Party public officials. This includes a number of former legislators, such as Queens Assembly Member and union leader Brian McLaughlin, former Kings County Democratic Party Boss and Assembly member Clarence Norman, Kings County Assembly Members Roger Green and Diane Gordon along with Bronx State Senator Efrain Gonzalez and Assembly Member Gloria Davis. Most of them have been convicted of serious crimes.

Also remember the scandals concerning former New York State Governor Elliot Spitzer and New York State Comptroller Alan Hevesi.

Corrupt Democratic Party birds of a feather flock together. Hevesi, McLaughlin and Seminerio are all proud products of the same Queens County regular Democratic organization.
