Correction

A story in last week's issue erroneously stated that Claude Fort, the president of Civil Service Technical Guild Local 375, had been found guilty by the Judicial Panel of his international union of tampering with an election in Guild Chapter 37. Although the Judicial Panel found improprieties in that vote and ordered a new election, the decision never cited Mr. Fort as having any role in the irregularities.
