SCOA Ratifies Contract By Nearly 10-1 Margin


Members of the Supreme Court Officers' Association June 13 overwhelmingly ratified a contract agreement with the Office of Court Administration providing 13-percent raises over four years by a vote of 1,091 to 113, said SCOA President John McKillop.

The pact, which is retroactive to April 1, 2007, also includes improved location pay for downstate and Mid-Hudson Valley employees, enhanced seniority bonuses, and increased funding for body armor.
