      To the Editor: Recently, The Department of Citywide Administrative Services published its notice of instructions for Promotional Exam to Supervising EMT (Lieutenant). In it, there appears a new requirement: that on the date of appointment qualified candidates must be a REMAC-certified Paramedic.
