DOI Hotline to Report Fraud

In the wake of the arrest of two City Council workers for allegedly embezzling $145,000 in city funds intended for nonprofit organizations, city Investigation Commissioner Rose Gill Hearn is asking anyone with knowledge of similar improprieties to report it.

Anyone with information about theft or abuse of city funds intended for nonprofit organizations can report it confidentially by calling (212) 825-5959.
