Starting Pay Is $32 an Hour; Need Experience; Filing Ends Sept. 25; Taking On-Line Applications
      Filing is now open for an exam leading to Plumber's Helper jobs, the Department of Citywide Administrative Services said. Applications must be submitted by Sept. 25. The starting salary is $31.80 an hour. The multiple-choice test is scheduled for Dec. 15. There is a $60 filing fee.
