      Police Officer Raphael Lora may have had a reason for shooting at Fermin Arzu, but the possibility (not a reasonable likelihood) that Arzu was reaching for a gun in his glove compartment is not a justifiable reason.

      Jack Blazejewicz and Carlos Albert found it necessary to respond to my May 25 letter. They were, however, deafeningly silent on the issue that caused my outrage: that is, the inflammatory and provocative charge that the president of TWU Local 100 had blood on his hands.
