MR. PRESIDENT:

Teamsters General President James P. Hoffa (left) swore in Gregory Floyd last week as the new president of Teamsters Local 237, the union's largest local at 23,000-strong. Mr. Floyd was elected March 30 by the union's executive board to replace Carl E. Haynes, who recently retired.
