HEVESI'S ARROGANCE

To the Editor:

Is it nice to see that hypocritical "symbol of integrity," Alan Hevesi, get his come-uppance, felony style? Nitpicker Al, who would use the word "corruption" in almost every sentence, avoids his own (prison) sentence by pleading guilty to defrauding the government. He had to be threatened with years in prison before he had the decency to leave the government dole voluntarily. Talk about arrogance!

This is real justice for man who pointed the finger at many others for offenses that are insignificant by comparison to his own flagrant crimes.

In his forced retirement, he deserves the respect he has earned as a public "servant'' - none at all.
