Mr. More ... To the Editor: The big issue for Rudy Giuliani is whether the reports are true that, as Mayor, he billed obscure city agencies for personal travel expenses. If true, Rudy was using agencies aiding the disabled and providing lawyers for poor defendants to camouflage his vacation trips to the Hamptons - along with his entire security detail. More ...
