DEBT OWED TO LYNCH
      To the Editor: I know that most if not all of the uniformed unions have it in for the PBA for past transgressions. Stop and think for a moment. This round of bargaining produced some pretty good terms. The reason for these good terms is because the city wanted to lock in the PBA and they were willing to be a little more generous than usual to accomplish this.

DUCKING WTC BLAME
      The City of New York and Contractors of 9/11 have expressed interest in negotiating a total aggregate settlement with sick and dying first-responders who were exposed to toxic air at the World Trade Center. This settlement will offer a certain amount of money and the city and contractors will walk away without answering questions about their negligence and lies.

MARRIED TO THE MOB
      To the Editor: What bothers me most about the Lindley DeVecchio corruption case (the former FBI agent now on trial in Brooklyn for murder) is the number of former FBI agents who strongly support this defendant, including James Kallstrom, the state's senior counter-terrorism expert and Joseph Pistone (of "Donnie Brasco" fame).
