69 EMTs Get Their
Stripes At Graduation The new members completed the FDNY's 10-week training at the Emergency Medical Service Bureau Academy and will be assigned to EMS stations throughout the city. Bred for the Job Among the graduates was Jennifer Hannafey, who in becoming an EMT followed in the footsteps of her father, Division Chief Robert Hannafey, and her mother, Capt. Marsha Hannafey. The graduating class also included five EMTs who previously served in the military overseas.
