The families of cops
killed in the line of duty had their holiday brightened at the
Patrolmen's Benevolent Association's annual Widows and
Children's Christmas Party Dec. 9 at Bridgewater's in the
South Street Seaport. Turning out along with board members
from the PBA and the Sergeants' Benevolent Association - which
helped pay for the event - was Police Commissioner Ray Kelly.
