A TRIBUTE TO DEPARTED UNION OFFICER:

Detectives' Endowment Association President Michael J. Palladino (left) and Vice President Victor R. Cipullo stand beneath a plaque commemorating the late DEA Vice President Jack Healy following the naming of the union's lounge in his memory Oct. 11. The plaque cites Mr. Healy, who died in 2002 at age 60, 'For his years of selfless commitment to his fellow members of the service, and his dedication and devotion to the Detectives' Endowment Association.'
