Vet PR Aide New Jails
Spokesman He replaces the longtime DOC spokesman Tom Antenen, who resigned after the Daily News reported that a wiretap on former Commissioner Bernard B. Kerik's cell phone had picked up a conversation in which they discussed what Mr. Antenen might say to a grand jury investigating his ex-boss. Mr. Kerik later pleaded guilty to improperly accepting nearly $200,000 in financial help from individuals who did business with the city. The DOC has also hired former New York Sun editor Michael Saucier as Director
