PENSION SEMINAR

A pension seminar aimed at members of the New York City Employees' Retirement System and the Manhattan and Bronx Surface Transit Operating Authority and covering topics including Tier 4 disability retirements, pension loans, and the World Trade Center Disability Law will be held Sept. 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the YWCA of Brooklyn at 30 Third Ave. (corner of Atlantic).
