POLICE OFFICER FILING OPEN UNTIL JAN. 15 Start at $25G; Top Pay $59G; February Test; 3,000 Officers Hired Each Year; Need 60 College Credits
      The city is currently accepting applications for an exam leading to Police Officer jobs, the Department of Citywide Administrative Services said. Forms must be submitted by Jan. 15, 2007. The written exam is scheduled to be held Feb. 24, 2007. Alternative test dates are also planned for Feb. 23 and March 1 and 4.

From April Exam: Track Worker Roster Issued
     The Department of Citywide Administrative Services has released a 7,916-name Track Worker list. The list is the result of an April 22, 2006 multiple-choice exam and will be used to fill vacancies at New York City Transit.
