MCU Taps Pagan As Marketing VP

The Municipal Credit Union has appointed Ralph Pagan as its vice president of marketing, with the intent of having him focus on corporate branding, membership marketing and branch marketing.

Over the past two decades, Mr. Pagan, who has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Harvard and an MBA in marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, has worked with firms including JPMorgan Chase, the Cendant Corporation and the Guardian Life Insurance Group.

He said he would aim to make the MCU more relevant in the communities where its 290,000 members - the great majority of whom are city, state and Federal employees - live and work.
